  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for eligible, unopened items in original condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original online payment method once the return is approved and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
