These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Elanaroma (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your”) for purchases made through www.elanaroma.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours, packaging, or presentation may vary slightly due to lighting, manufacturer updates, or device display differences.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Full payment is required before dispatch.

  • We accept online payments only via major debit/credit cards and secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal if enabled).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If a payment fails or is flagged for security or fraud checks, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order.

3. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted once the items are dispatched and a Shipping Confirmation email is sent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or unforeseen events.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the courier

  • Ownership of goods transfers once full payment is received

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

In summary:

  • Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Returns must be authorised before items are sent back

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us at info@elanaroma.com.
If the order has already shipped, you must follow the returns process after delivery.

For UK and EU customers, statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (including the 14-day cooling-off period) apply.

7. Product Authenticity & Description

Elanaroma guarantees that all products sold are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised and verified suppliers.
We do not sell counterfeit, imitation, or “inspired by” products.

Packaging may vary due to manufacturer changes, batch differences, or seasonal updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill)

  • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Warranty

Perfumes and fragrance products do not carry a separate manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise

  • Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
